At Huguenot Strength and Conditioning, we pride ourselves in instructing and reinforcing safe movement to all of our clients. New members are encouraged to take our Foundations course which consists of four one on one or small group training sessions. The idea behind Foundations classes is to review and/or introduce proper form and technique through the major components of our training program. Upon completion of Foundations classes new members will have the necessary information and skills to participate in our daily cross-training classes.
