2 times through each of the following 1. Box/Bench HS "walk around" 2. HS Shoulder Taps x 10-20 reps 3. Frogstand to Tripod to Headstand transitions 1-5 "reps" 4. HS Push up x 5 (modify as needed) *emphasis on controlled movements this time around.*
