Pull Up Skill Day - 3 Rounds of the following

1) Pull Up Stop Drill x3 *This can be subbed with beat swings and strict/kipping pull ups.

2) Chin up + Static Hold x5

3) Tempo Banded Pull up x3

1 Min Alternating Box Step Ups

1 Minute Med Ball Slams

1 Minute Double Unders
