Handstand Skill - (2x each) 

1) Kick to HS and hold (w/ a partner)

2) Wall Support HS with shoulder taps (can also be done from a plyo box)

3) Plyo Box Supported Handstand Push up x 6

4) Headstand hold 1:00 

 

Death by Deadlift (225/155)

Minute 1 - 1 Rep

Minute 2 - 2 Reps

Continue up the "ladder" until the reps can't be completed.
