WOD 2- 10 Minute Partner AMRAP:

20 Power Cleans (95/65)

40 Front Rack Lunges

 

WOD 3- 5 Minutes to complete as many Burpees as possible (Everyone for themselves)

*Allow for full recovery in between each WOD
