Choice of Run/row/bike for 2 mins

10 slow wall facing squats

10R/10L t spine openers

medball stretch

then with empty bar or pvc run thru burgenor warm up 

 

Snatch Complex:

5x1 @ 60% of 1rm snatch

1 snatch+ 1 OHS + 1 high hang snatch + 1 OHS 

 

8 rounds:

3 hang power snatches(95/65)

6 pullups

9 V-ups
