Push/Pull- 2 Rounds:

5 ring rows (elevate feet on bench for challenge/but keep form!), 5 parallette push ups (again, elevate feet on bench for added challenge)

FOLLOWED BY Bar Work:

2 rounds 10 beat swings, ME bar hang (hold on to the bar as long as possible with active shoulders, can mix in single arm hangs, mixed grip hangs, etc.)

*15 min cap

For Time:

10 Squat Cleans/100 Double unders 8 Squat cleans/80 Double Unders 6 squat cleans/60 Double Unders 4 Squat cleans/40 Double Unders 2 Squat cleans/20 Double Unders (135/95)
