2min row/bike/jump rope  Turkish get ups 2-3 reps /side                                                        30s laying handstand hold (laying on floor, hands on wall, actively push wall, hollow out, feet together and toes pointed- Mimics a handstand

 

Every 90s for 3 sets of:

1) RDL 6-8 reps

2) push-ups 10-12

  3) 30-45s Handstand hold/wallwalk or hollow hold
