Deload week!

Warmup: 30 mountain climbers, then 20 shoulder taps, 60s plank, 10 hollow rocks, 10 squat thrusts, 10 box step-ups

 

Every 90s for 3 sets:

1) DB Bench Press x10 reps

2)single arm right DB row x10 reps  

3) single arm left row x10 reps

~14min Build to heavy reps
