Barbell WOD:

1.) High Hang Clean -work to 85% of your 1 RM C&J for a single then drop set 2x2 (decrease weight by 10 lbs)

2.) Front Squat 4x2 @ 75%

3.) Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Push Press 4x4 @ 50% of 1 RM snatch

Superset:

3 rounds of 10 plyo push ups, 10 Wide grip pull ups (scale as needed)

Core:

2x draw alphabet with feet (2 rounds of uppercase, 2 rounds of lower case)
