Warm-up:

2 Rounds: :30 bar hang, 5 SB squats, :30 SB hold, 5 push ups 

 

4 sets with 1:30 rest between sets

25 m rope pull straight into max weight sandbag carry for 50 m (aim for 60-70% BW for SB) 

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
20 sit-ups
10 left-arm overhead walking lunges (50/35)
10 right-arm overhead walking lunges
