Long metcon: spend time with PVC/BB going over clean/ snatch warmup drills
With a running clock, every min perform 1 lift (men add 10lbs, women 5 lbs)
a.) start with empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible
b.) once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible
c) once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
