Handstand Skillwork 15 mins - Wrist, forearm and shoulder warm ups then

1) 1:00 static/balance hold (wall or partner) 

2) 5 Handstand Push ups (modify where needed)

3) Frogstand to Tripod (to headstand where applicable)
