Sorry for the slight posting hiatus folks....we had some technical difficulties, but we're back!

Bear Crawl down, 10 air squats, Monkey (Sideways) back, 10 Push Ups, Frogger (forwards hop) down 10 Glute Bridges, Finish with steps ups (Slow and controlled up and down, drag top of shoe on box)

 

Back Squat - 3x5

(deload week, working sets to be done @ 40,50,60%)

 

AMRAP 4 Minutes x 4 *Rest 2 minutes between rounds-

5 Deadlifts (135/95) 

10 Push Ups

5 Cleans

10 Pull Ups
