Handstand skill warmup - 2 rounds for quality

1) Plank Shoulder Taps x 20

2) 2 Wall Walks

3) Handstand Hold :30 or OH Empty Barbell hold

 

Strict Press - 4 x 6 (Not including warm ups, start at ~55-60% and build each set)
