BACK SQUAT

Work to 85% of your 1RM Back Squat for a 5RM, then decrease weight for Drop Set 1x5.
For Drop Set 1x5, decrease weight by 66# down if work set is above 330#
For Drop Set 1x5, decrease weight by 44# down if work set is above 330#

 

PUSH PRESS 4 x 3

Work at 60% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk
